Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. Issue a order or direction to the court of civil judge (JD) koil Aligarh for restraining the respondent no. 1 and 2 not to interfere in the agreement dated 3.9.2022 in this regard not to hire any other bus service in the aforesaid institution till the disposal of the 6c application of the petitioner which is still pending before court of civil judge (JD) koil Aligarh. ii. Issue a writ order or direction to the court of civil judge (J.D) Koil Aligarh to decide the 6c Application with in stipulated period/ limited period otherwise applicant /petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned application is pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.) Koil, Aligarh for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Koil, Aligarh to consider and decide the aforementioned application of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
