ORDER
The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of
order dated 25.09.2013 in W.P.No.6057 of 2013.
2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondents in not absorbing him in un-aided vacancy. The said writ petition was disposed of on 25.09.2013 and the operative portion of the order reads thus:
“Hence, this batch of writ petitions is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent-State to consider the cases of the petitioners for absorption/
appointment to their respective posts in the aided vacancies, subject to fulfillment of all other conditions governing the subject, disregarding the Government Memo dated 20.10.2024, within three months from thedate of receipt of a copy of this
order.”
3. Ms.K.V.Sai Harshitha, learned counsel representing Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned cousenl for the respondent submitted the written instructions dated 04.03.2025 of the District Educational Officer, Prakasam District, Ongole. The relevant paragraphs in the written instructions read thus:
“In this context, I submit that in pursuance of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court, subsequently Government have issued orders and lifted the ban issued in Memo No.12080/COSE/A2/2004, dated 20.10.2004 and permitted the Aided schools vide G.O.Ms.No.40 Education dated 30.06.2017 for filling up of posts and also permitted the Managements of Aided schools for absorption of eligible unaided teachers into GIA posts. In this regard, I submit that no proposals were received from the management of the school after permission granted for absorption eligible unaided candidate into aided post. I also submit that as per the letter of the Head Master, CC Aided High School, Giddaluru, the petitioner expired during the year 2015.”
4. Thus, as seen from the written instructions, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 25.09.2013 in W.P.No.6057 of 2013 has not been complied with, is misconceived.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is Closed. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
