The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024, N.D.P.S. Case No.34 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 17(b)/21(b)/27(a) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. On 07.10.2024, Adityapur Police apprehended co-accused Firoz @ Firoz Quresi and Gaffar Ali. On search, 04.57 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused persons. It was further submitted that both Firoz @ Firoz Quresi and Gaffar Ali have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with Adityapur P.S.
