Case No. 205/2024 under Section 65(1)/329(3)/115(2)/296/351(3)/75(i)(iii) of BNS r/w Section 4/12 of POCSO Act. Ms. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.06/2025 dated 24.01.2025. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner may approach before the trial court seeking regular bail and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
