Public Prosecutor submits that though the case is called for, however, in the meanwhile charge-sheet has been laid bearing Page No.# 2/2 charge-sheet No. 77/2025 dated 11.03.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 14.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court and has co-operated in the investigation. Since, the charge-sheet has already been laid in this case and since the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operate in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.02.2025, is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioner shall continue to co-operate in the investigation.
