The writ petition is directed against the impugned communication dated 30.11.2024 at Annexure-A made by the respondent-Tahsildar, Bangalore South Taluk to the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore South Sub-Division. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate raises a preliminary objection that Annexure-A is only a communication made by the Tahsildar to the Assistant Commissioner bringing to his notice the facts found after verification of the original records. The Tahsildar has opined that the mutation entry in terms of M.R.No.16/1990-91, is a fraudulent entry inserted at the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33558 WP No. 36293 of 2024 end of the page and all other revenue entries are also accordingly maintained, while there is no grant made in favour of Sri.Lukas son of Chikka Mariyappa. Therefore, the Tahsildar has requested the Assistant Commissioner to take action in accordance with law. Such a communication made by the Tahsildar to the Assistant Commissioner cannot be questioned by filing a writ petition. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise a challenge, if any proceedings are initiated against the petitioner for removing his name from the revenue records.
