This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been filed seeking following relief:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to accept a personal bond from applicant and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in any one case and the same on being furnish be treated to be valid in following criminal cases :- (i) Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (ii) Case Crime No. 231 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (iii) Case Crime No. 232 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (iv) Case Crime No. 233 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406, I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (v) Case Crime No. 234 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406, 47, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (vi) Case Crime No. 236 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (vii) Case Crime No. 237 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (viii) Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (ix) Case Crime No. 239 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (x) Case Crime No. 240 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (xi) Case Crime No. 242 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (xii) Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (xiii) Case Crime No. 249 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. (xiv) Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh. And / or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the present case." 3. It was submitted that applicant has been granted anticipatory bail in all the aforesaid 14 cases subject to condition of furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. The applicant is unable to arrange separate sureties for each of the aforesaid 14 cases. All these cases are pending in District Court- Azamgarh. It was further submitted that in view of these facts and circumstances, the applicant may be permitted to furnish one personal bond and two sureties in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Ahiraula, District- Azamgarh, which may hold good in all the remaining 13 cases against the applicant, which have been mentioned above. In this regard, learned counsel has placed reliance upon the case of Apex Court in SLP (Criminal) Nos. 8914-8915 of 2015, (Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh), judgement of this Court passed in Application u/s 528 BNSS No. 19463 of 2025 (Manju Pandey v. State of UP) [Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:114550). 4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as on perusal of the case laws relied upon by the learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that applicant shall be allowed to furnish a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, Under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh, if he has already been granted bail, and he would submit personal bonds in all the remaining aforesaid 13 cases and the sureties submitted in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024 would hold good in all the remaining 13 cases against the applicant, if he has already been granted on bail in those cases. The sureties submitted in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, would hold good in all the remaining aforesaid 13 cases against the applicant. The photocopies of the sureties/ bonds submitted in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024 may be submitted in remaining aforesaid 13 cases. After submission of bail bonds in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, the applicant would not be required to submit separate sureties bonds in other remaining 13 cases, which have been mentioned above. 5. The application under Section 528 BNSS is disposed of in above terms.
