In view of the statement made by Sri Devesh Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the Rent Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.26, District Agra to decide the Rent Appeal No.Nil/2025 on merit, if the statutory deposit is made good within the aforesaid period. The impugned order is set aside. 4. The writ petition is disposed off without any order as to cost.
