Case No. 54 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103/61(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila. 3. On 24.08.2024, at about 7:30 p.m., husband of the Informant namely Ravindra Nath Bhagat went to the house of Gauri Shankar Bhagat who is brother of Uttam Kumar Bhagat and the petitioner, where he was found murdered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from the fact that he is the brother of the accused Gauri Shankar Bhakat who was last seen with the deceased, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that co-accused Uttam Kumar Bhagat another brother of the Gauri Shankar Bhakat has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 11125 of 2024. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila in connection with Jadugora P.S.
