The Interlocutory Application No. 546 of 2025 has been filed for correction/modification of order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 128 of 2024. 3. It is stated by Ms. A Payeng, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that in the order dated 02.05.2025, the Case Number and the name of the Court has been entered wrongly. It is submitted that instead of F.C (Crl.) Case No. 113/2023 it should be F.C (Crl.) Case No. 461/2023 and instead of Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, it should be Family Court No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. Page No.# 3/3 4. After hearing learned counsel for both the sides, this application is allowed. 5. The order dated 02.05.2025, in Criminal Petition No. 128 of 2024 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 of the order, instead of F.C (Crl.) Case No. 113/2023, it shall stand corrected as F.C (Crl.) Case No. 461/2023 and instead of Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, it shall stand corrected as Family Court No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. 6. At paragraph 8 of the order, instead of stating “The matter is remanded back to the Ld. Family Court No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati,” it shall stand corrected as Family Court No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. 7. At paragraph 9 of the order, instead of 14.05.2025, the parties shall appear before the Trial Court on 18.08.2025. 8.
