This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 08.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.39 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S.2023 and Section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2)(va) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Jalalpur, District-Hamirpur. 3. Counter affidavit has been filed through Sri Vipul Kumar Singh on behalf of respondent no.4, wherein it has been stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside court. Respondent no.4, has no objection, if the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 4. Accordingly, the impugned F.I.R. in aforesaid case crime number is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed.
