It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 17.08.2022, bail has been granted by this Court with a direction to appear before the court below within six weeks but due to some miscommunication he could not appear before the trial court. On the above basis, petitioner seeks further time to appear before the trial court. 3. In view of above submission, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is hereby allowed and the order dated 17.08.2022 is modified to the extent that further two weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to appear before the trial court from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.
