Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to the respondent no.10 not to measure the land in question illegally without order/direction passed by the competent authority." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the relief claimed is against the private respondents. 3. The writ petition is misconceived. Dismissed.
