The further case of the petitioner is that the private respondent has illegally encroached upon the property belonging to the petitioner and managed to get a service connection in his name. The petitioner made a representation before the 5th respondent seeking for disconnection of the service connection given to the 6th respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4/6 WP No. 23735 of 2025 16.05.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 6th respondent and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
