Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a suitable order or direction setting aside the impugned order dated 29.05.2025 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur in Original Suit No.615 of 2025 (Shravan Kumar Verma vs. Ved Prakash Agrahari) (Annexure No.1 to the petition); And to direct the respondent not to dispossess to petitioner form disputed house without due course of law during pendency of Original Suit No.615 of 2025 (Shravan Kumar Verma Vs. Ved Prakash Agrahari);" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the above-mentioned suit, temporary injunction application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the temporary injunction application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur to decide the temporary injunction application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
