Challenge is also to the order dated 03.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional District Judge, Karnal whereby the appeal filed by the present petitioner/plaintiff against the order dated 01.04.2025 has been also dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving full and better particulars. 3.
