This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent No. 4 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Month, District Jhansi) to incorporate the name of petitioner in the present extract of khatauni over gata no 65, situated in village Khidrpura and gata 456, 460, 531 situated in village Chirgaon Khurd, Tehsil Month, District Jhansi, mentioned in the application dated 10.05.2022 and 17.05.2025." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the plot numbers have been left out in proceeding under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for which an application has been moved on 10.5.2022 and 17.5.2025, which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 4. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.4 to decide the application dated 10.5.2022 and 17.5.2025 moved by petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
