This application has been filed under Section 151 of CPC for withdrawing/releasing of the interim deposited amount of Rs. 10,18,100/- in terms of the judgment and order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Mac. App. No. 27 of 2023 with accrued interest and also for withdrawal of statutory deposited amount of Rs. 25,000/- which was deposited for preferring appeal against the impugned award dated 25.11.2022 passed in T.S. (MAC) No.33 of 2017. For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as per procedure. Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard. In view of the same, this instant interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of. DR. T.
