While petitioner-Surya Kant Bajpai has been granted interim bail vide order dated 05.12.2025 passed in Bail App No. 241/2025, petitioner-Chandan Chaturvedi has been granted interim bail in terms of order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Bail App No. 153/2025. Since the charge sheet in the case stands already filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Anantnag on 07.08.2025, as such, interim bail granted to both the aforenamed petitioners is made absolute subject to conditions contained in the orders whereby interim bail has been granted to them.
