Respondent counsel though he has not filed any objections, prays time to submit his arguments on I.A. No.1. However, in the interest of justice and equity and interest of the minor child and to keep up the relationship of the petitioner with the minor child, it is just and necessary to pass interim order, whereby the father was permitted to meet the child at the house of the respondent between 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on Sunday and after school hours of the minor child on Saturday till 6.00 p.m. and the respondent was directed to co-operate for the same. 2.
