At the outset, Sri V.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the applicant under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C. 3. At this stage, Ms. Pratibha Jaiswal, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
