Supriya Kundu Versus The State of West Bengal and others
Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee … for the State.
1. There is none to represent the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing. It appears from the last order dated 11th July, 2025 also that there was neither any appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor any prayer for accommodation. Apparently, the writ petitioner has lost interest in the writ petition.
2. The same is, accordingly, dismissed for default.
