By this application filed on 30.01.2025 under Section 483 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Gulap Ali, son of Jahir Ali, resident of village-No. 3 Odlaguri, Police Station-Kajalgaon, District- Chirang is seeking bail in Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 270/2023 registered under Sections 3(1)/5(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 with added Sections 366A/376(3) IPC read with Sections 6/17 of the POCSO Act, in which he was arrested on 05.12.2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 270/2023 vide Charge Sheet No. 26/2025 dated 31.01.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 270/2023. 5.
