Civil Application No. 113 of 2025 is filed for bringing LR’s of deceased-Respondent on record. 3. Perusal of the Application indicates that the delay in causing filing of Application to bring LR’s of deceased-Respondent on record is not deliberate. 4. Though learned Counsel for the proposed Respondent opposed the Application, this Court finds no malafide on the part of the 910 WP 4613.2018.odt 1 of 2 Applicant in moving the Application belatedly. 5. As a result of above discussion, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses ‘B’ to ‘D’. 6. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. 7.
