The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the 4th and 6th respondents and such complaint is 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P No.22245 of 2025 yet to be considered by the respondents 1 and 2. 3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner’s representation accordance to its own merits and in accordance with law. 4. I have given my anxious consideration on either side submission. 5. In such view of the fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 22.04.2025 and pass order after giving due notice to the 5th and 6th respondents in accordance with its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P No.22245 of 2025 6.
