Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "A direction to learned trial court i.e learned civil judge (junior div) Haveli Azamgarh to consider and decide the interim injunction application (6C2) dated 22- 5-2025 ander Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C filed in civil suit no 1901/2025 Kamla Devi Vs Sanjany Kumar and others dated 22-5-2025 pending in the court civil judge (junior div) Haveli Azamgarh (annexure no 5) within a shortest period which this Hon'ble court may direct in the interest of justice. II. A direction эг order to restrain the defendant/respondents from interferino, in peaceful construction and possession of plaintiff/petitioner on srot forthwith in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned interim injunction application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Haveli Azamgarh, to decide the above- mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
