1. The affidavit-of-compliance filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate representing the contemnors would submit that the order has been complied with. The pension payment order has already been issued. By drawing attention of this Court to the annexure 8B9 of the affidavit-of-compliance, it is submitted that arrear pension has already been disbursed.
3. Ms. Chakraborty, learned advocate would, however, submit that the order dated 7th February, 2025 has not been complied with in its letter and spirit. According to her, though the last drawn salary of the petitioner was Rs. 16,000/- (approx.), the Pension Payment Order (PPO) would reflect that the same was treated to be Rs. 8530/-. This apart by

placing before this Court, a computation sheet which the petitioner9s banker has favoured the petitioner, it is submitted that as would transpire from the same the arrears have been computed only from 30th November, 2009 though in pension payment order the date of relief has been noted to be from 30th June, 2006. As such, she prays for leave to file an exception to the compliance affidavit. In view thereof, let an exception to the affidavit-of-compliance be filed by the petitioner on or before the matter is taken up next.
4. Acceptance of the compliance report stands deferred till the next date. Let a copy of the compliance report be made over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
5. List this matter for further consideration under the same heading in the daily supplementary list on 20th February, 2026.
