Having taken note of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and the distance between the Koppal and Bengaluru is about 350 kilometers and therefore taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, who is having a minor child, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.
