This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to maintained the revenue record entry in ante status quo position since 1966 till date as recorded transferable bhumidhar of Arazi No. 338,339,340, by passing appropriate order in writing in accordance with law within s stipulated period of 01 month." From perusal of the record, it appears that an order under Section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 was passed on 19.06.2008. Against the said order, petitioner has not preferred any appeal. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
