Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Anganwadi Worker for the last 7 years, having been appointed, pursuant to advertisement dated 22.11.2017 and nothing adverse has been conveyed to her with regard to her conduct. However, her services have been terminated on account of a challenge made by Nirmal Kaur, who filed CWP- 2868-2019 (Annexure P-10), which was disposed of on 20.11.2024, without following the Principle of Natural Justice that led the petitioner to file CWP- 26695-2022 (Annexure P-9) which was disposed of on 20.11.2024, to avail appropriate remedy including the remedy of appeal. Whereafter, an order came to be passed on 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-13) by the Punishing Authority terminating her services after granting opportunity of hearing to her, against which an appeal has been filed on 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-14) which has not been decided, thus he prays for supplementing the same bringing to its notice the factum of her 7 years of service and that a post is still lying vacant and the MANOJ KUMAR 2025.08.08 14:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document CWP No.16681 of 2025 (O&M) 2 Appellate Authority may be directed to consider it in a time bound manner. 2. The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions dated 05.08.2025, received by the office of Advocate General, Punjab from the Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) cum-Chairperson, First Appellate Committee, Ferozepur, states that the respondents would not be averse to having a relook at the matter and decide afresh, taking note of the aforesaid submissions as also the supplementing appeal to be filed within a period of 2 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 3.
