Mr. Indrajeet, District Inspector of Schools, District - Etah is present before the Court. 2. In pursuance of the order dated 19.6.2025 passed by the predecessor Bench of this Court, the District Inspector of schools, Etah has filed his personal affidavit, which is taken on record. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions of the District Inspector of Schools, Etah, who is present before the Court, has stated that he the DIOS has undertaken that the petitioner will be allowed to join as Class IV employee in the establishment of respondent nos. 4 and 5, within a month. 4. In view of above undertaking given by the DIOS, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
