Bail Application No.30219 of 2017 (Narendra @ Goli vs. State of UP) by Hon'ble Vinod Kumar Misra, J. as he was then. The second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.1.2021 passed in Crl.Misc. Bail Application No.8536 of 2019 (Narendra @ Goli vs. State of UP). The third bail application of the applicant was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14701 of 2023 (Narendra @ Goli vs. State of U.P.). 6.
