BY ADV.SRI. V. VENUGOPAL, SR.GOVERNMENT PLEADER THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 04.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: W.P.(C)No.13914 of 2025 :3: 2025:KER:29397 J U D G M E N T Dated this the 4th day of April, 2025 The petitioner, who is the Manager of Thiruvangoor Higher Secondary School, Kozhikode District, has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the revised staff fixation of the School for the year 2024-'25, to the extent of denying class divisions in 8th and 9th Standards and also the retention of the Music Teacher based on the revised curriculum of studies. 2. Going through the pleadings, I find that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 revision petition before the 1st respondent. As Ext.P8 is a statutory revision petition, it would be only appropriate that the 1st respondent considers the same and passes orders thereon in accordance with law within a reasonable time. W.P.(C)No.13914 of 2025 :4: 2025:KER:29397 The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P8 revision petition and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four months after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
