The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 174 of 2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 335 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 395, 397 and 412 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8323 of 2024 by order dated 19.11.2024. 4. On 24.01.2024, at about 09:45 p.m., the informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits near Sarju Ghati, Latehar. Dacoits looted cash, mobile phones and other articles from the informant. 5. It appears that the petitioner was identified in T.I. Parade and looted articles were also recovered from his possession. 6.
