By way of present petition, the petitioner prays for direction directing the concerned Court / authority to the effect that Criminal Case No.1598/2021 pending before JMFC Court, Babra, Amreli and Criminal Case No.2352/2021 pending before JMFC Court, Jasdan, Rajkot, be tried together at the Court of learned Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Jasdan, Dist. Rajkot. 2. Heard Mr. Jadeja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rohan Raval, learned APP for the respondent State. Though served, none appears for respondent No.2. 3. From the record, it appears that alleged incident took place in the territory of Jasdan Taluka, and offence is registered at Babra Police Station, Dist. Amreli and concerned ASI of Babra Police Station has submitted a report before JMFC Court, Babra to transfer the case to JMFC Court, Jasdan. 4. In view of the above, present petition is allowed. Criminal Case No.1598/2021 pending before JMFC Court, Babra, Dist. Amreli is ordered to be transferred to JMFC Court, Jasdan and learned Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Jasdan, Dist. Rajkot, shall try both the cases i.e. Criminal Case No.1598/2021 and Criminal Case No.2352/2021 together. (HASMUKH D.
