After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petition may be disposed of or withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take up all contentions/defences including the contentions urged in the present petition before the trial Court, which shall be directed to consider the same, in accordance with law. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to urge all the contention/defences etc., before the trial Court, which shall consider the same and proceed further, in accordance with law. 5.
