In the cause title “M/s KFC Intertional Limited & Ors.” be replaced by “M/s KEC International Limited & Ors” and in paragraph 14 the “Complaint Case No. 67/2025” be replaced by “Complaint Case No. 67/2023”. 3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections. 4. However, the other remaining portion of the judgment dated 21.08.2025 shall remain unaltered. 5.
