By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to regularize/appoint the petitioner on regular basis against the vacant post which is lying vacant in the university at present. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to complete the process of regularization of the petitioner within a prescribed period as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the coordinate Bench in WPSS No. 284 of 2024, Sita Ram and others vs. Hemwati Nandan Garhwal University and others, dated 05.05.2025. 5. Dr. Kartikey Hari Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed this fact and fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the abovementioned judgment. 6. In view of the submissions as advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 05.05.2025 2025:UHC:4184 passed by the coordinate Bench in WPSS No. 284 of 2024, Seeta Ram and others vs. Hemwati Nandan Garhwal University and others.
