This is an application seeking direction for release of compensation amount of Rs 1,76,538/- which was deposited by the appellant insurance company before the registry of this court. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.09.2024, the insurance company has deposited an amount amounting of Rs 1,76,538/- before the registry of this court being 50% of the total awarded amount. By filing this application, the petitioner prays for allowing him to withdraw the same. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant has not been objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite party. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. The registry is directed to release the amount of Rs 1,76,538/- deposited by the opposite party/appellant to the applicant claimant on proper identification and verification by their learned counsel.
