The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Paniarah Sishu Vidayalaya under the Panchla Circle of Howrah District Primary School Council. The kidney of the petitioner has been transplanted. The petitioner on the said ground is praying transfer to any school in her home district at Bankura. The petitioner is granted liberty to make an off-line application along with medical documents to the Chairman of the council within a week from date. The Chairman of the said council within a week from the date of receipt of such application shall forward the same to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, who shall then take steps for transfer of the petitioner to any school nearer to the residence of the petitioner. The Secretary of the Board shall complete its entire drill within a week from the date of receipt of the application from the Chairman of the said Council. W.P.A. 1532 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
