Learned senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner hands up a copy of the corrections which ought to be incorporated in the judgment dated August 21, 2025, since certain errors had crept in inadvertently in the said judgment. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the said corrections. 3. Accordingly, the judgment dated August 21, 2025 passed in WPLRT 173 of 2024 be deemed to stand corrected by incorporating the necessary corrections as per the corrected copy of the said judgment handed over in Court today, by incorporating the said 2 corrections in paragraph nos. 1, 2, 36 and 39 of the said judgment. 4. In the list of appearances on the date of the judgment, the name of Mr. Subrata Kumar Basu has wrongly been depicted as Mr. Subrata Basu whereas the name of Mr. Satrajeet Sen has been left out despite Mr. Sen having appeared for the petitioner. 5. Let the name of Mr. Subrata Kumar Basu be corrected accordingly and the name of Mr. Satrajeet Sen be incorporated in the list of appearances in the said judgment. The name of Mr. Ankit Das, appearing in the list of appearances for the petitioner, shall stand corrected as Mr. Ankit Dey. 6.
