Heard Mr. A. Sandilya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. R. Borpujari, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Revenue Department of the Government of Assam; Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Health as well as Finance Department of the Government of Assam and Mr. T. R. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the District Administration.
2. Taking into account the submission of Mr. B. Gogoi, the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Health as well as Finance Department of the Government of Assam that the entire amount has already been placed before the Deputy Commissioner and the submission made by Mr. R. Borpujari, the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Revenue Department of the Government of Assam stating that the said amount would be released when the petitioners file appropriate application and the submission of Mr. A. Sandilya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due application has also been

3. This Court however observes that the authority concerned shall make due payment to the petitioners, if not already paid, on or before 31.03.2025.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
