The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent vide proceedings in Proceedings No.Pa.Mu.4093/2023/B3 dated 27.03.2024, wherein, the petitioner's request for rectification of errors, which had, according to the petitioner, inadvertently crept in respect of Patta No.30. 3. At the outset, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the concerned respondent would consider the petitioner's request for modification of the patta, keeping in view the order of the third respondent dated 27.03.2024, and appropriate orders would be passed after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the uploaded copy of the order, which is accepted to by the learned Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.21720 of 2025 counsel for the petitioner. 4. By recording the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
