In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the District Magistrate/ Chairman Disaster Management Authority, Deoria, i.e., the opposite party no. 3 disclosing that an order has been passed by the Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh directing for a payment of Rs. 50,00,000/- as ex-gratia payment to the applicant. The order has been annexed with the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record. The counsel for the applicant states that the amount has not yet been paid to the applicant. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the application pending. The application is disposed of with the observation that in case, the amount as referred in the order dated 21.04.2025 of the Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh is not credited in the account of the applicant by 1st May, 2025, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order. With the aforesaid observation, the applicant is disposed of. Notices are disposed of.
