DATE : 03.11.2025 PER COURT : These applications are for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. 2. It is pointed out that in similarly circumstanced appeals such a request for withdrawal of amount has been granted permitting the claimants to receive 50% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security. I propose to follow the order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the coordinate bench in group of appeals. 3. The Civil Applications are partly allowed. 1/2 2025:BHC-AUG:30208 47 CA 9553 OF 2025.odt 4. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial of this Court.
