Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 76 and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is attempted to sexually assault minor daughter of informant. 4. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P C had supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner tried to commit sexual assault upon her. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
