By means of this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., applicants seek to challenge the summoning order dated 04.09.2023; they have also sought quashing of proceedings of Complaint Case No.1545 of 2023 (Soniya Mandal v. Prashant Mandal) pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Rudrapur, U.S. Nagar.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that since bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants, present matter may be decided in terms of the judgment rendered by the Apex Court in the case of “Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation” reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. He further submits that the present matter falls in Category ‘A’ of the aforesaid judgment.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, present matter is disposed in terms of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Satendra Kumar Antil (Supra). Applicants shall put their appearance before the Trial Court on or before
24.03.2025. The Trial Court shall consider the bail application of the applicants thereafter in terms of the guidelines enunciated in the aforesaid judgment.
