Abdul Aziz Wani and Ors., pending before the Hon’ble Court of Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate, Budgam. Mr. Nisar Ahmad Bhat, learned counsel for the respondents has produced copy of order dated 17.03.2025, wherein the suit filed by the respondents has been dismissed as withdrawn, however, counter claim filed by the applicants/petitioners is still pending before the Court below.
