ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. To quash the circular dated 12.06.2025 made in No. AA KU KA 358-HSH 2024 issued by R3 vide Annexure-F.
b. Grant any such other relief/reliefs as this Honble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Karnataka Attendance Management System which is an Aadhar Based Attendance System has been introduced without properly ascertaining whether the App functions. There are problems with the App and therefore, the circular needs to be quashed. 3. I am unable to agree with the said submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, since the Karnataka Attendance Management System has been

implemented in most of the departments as also in education institutions, the Aadhar Based Attendance Management System has been propounded by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), which has been used in several endowment institutions. 4.
If at all, the petitioner has any technical issue, he can always contact the helpline and person responsible to resolve those issues. 5. With the above observation, the petition stands dismissed. SD/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
