The present petitioner challenges the order dated 22.05.2020 passed by Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies Ltd., Aurangabad in Revision Application No. 51/2019, whereby the application came to be dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has not deposited the 50% amount, which is a per- requisite condition as per Section 154(2-A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 2. As this condition is mandatory, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 22.05.2020 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies Ltd., Aurangabad in Revision Application No. 51/2019.
